I've had many fabulous and wonderful people as clients. Here's what they have to say about their experience.
I recently separated from active duty Air Force and moved into a part-time Reservist role. This allowed me to pursue my true passion in life, painting and performance art. After 12 years on active duty, my transition out of the full-time Air Force was especially tough. I am thankful Mike was there, walking alongside me, providing encouragement and helping me find my way through. I'm loving my life and a big thanks to Mike for helping realize my dream!

After retiring from the Army, I felt a bit lost. I'm so glad I found Mike. He gave me different perspectives and practical tools that I use every day (centering at the grocery store!) to help live a richer life and be a better husband, dad, and son.

Mike's coaching has helped me become more aware of how I'm responding to the world around me. With his somatic and embodied approach, I've learned to identify what I'm thinking and feeling more accurately and much quicker -- sometimes before I even realize I'm thinking it! He brings a wonderful optimism and play to the sessions, giving me a sense of confidence and competence in the changes we're making. I feel calmer and more loving by virtue of the work we've done. The icing on the cake is that he's especially good at the part where I talk and he listens (which may be my favorite part), and he's played an important role in my developing trust with others. As a transition coach, he's a keeper :)

Mike is a powerful coach and I'm grateful I got to work with him. He has a crazy gift for noticing subtle verbal and body queues that reveal mindsets and old habits I wasn't even aware of. His questions are gentle and at the same time get to the root of whatever is getting in my way (often myself!) as I moved through a life transition. He provides useful somatic practices, that literally help me change my stance--then my brain and habits follow. With Mike's coaching, I have found ways to show up more powerfully and with choice and intention in both my work and personal life. Plus, it's always fun to be with Mike!

In our sessions together, Mike impressed me with his deep focus and even deeper listening. His "whole person" approach revealed to me through a variety of conversations and exercises how my body, mind, and spirit are working in tandem to create emotions and insights that I hadn't previously recognized. I highly recommend him at any stage in your personal development -- no matter where you are in life, you will continue to learn and grow with Mike!

Thank you for a *great* workshop, Mike. I was able to have a quick conversation with one of our senior executives re: incorporating these improv and centering techniques to encourage innovation & risk-taking throughout the organization and he is on board. You rock!

This was my first improv experience and I hope it will not be my last. I did not expect to learn so much about myself, and about leadership and transitions in only 2 hours! Plus, it was a complete blast!

Thank you for doing what you do so well: engaging, disinhibiting and getting people to play and be their very best.
As ever, you were a delight to watch, Mike. Thanks from the whole crew!
